Must Glow to Shine: Tony Moly Tomatox Magic White Massage Pack
FIRST THOUGHTS: “Is tomato really the secret for that beautiful skin? Spill the beans!”

Tomato has an overflowing wealth of anti-oxidants and it is a great source of lycopene and carotene, among several others. It has cooling elements to soothe dry skin, astringents to bid excess oil goodbye, and tons of Vitamin C and A to brighten dull skin and restore its health. (Thanks, Wikipedia) A tomato-a-day can give you nicer skin and naturally blushing cheeks.

I had my heart set on the TomaTox Magic White Massage Pack even before it hit the Philippine shores. You can’t blame me, the real-looking fruit garnered much appreciation and love throughout Asia. Anyway, you know the drill, let me describe the product. It comes in a very fitting container, about the size of an apple (why not compare to a tomato? ‘cause tomatoes in our country are tiny), plus a lid and spatula for hygienic purposes.

The creamy texture does not dry entirely and although tolerable, there’s a little tingling sensation while letting it sit for about a few minutes. It also has this cooling effect which is always an advantage (especially for those living in a humid place). And remember, leaving the mask on for an extended duration is unnecessary, it will not speed up the whitening process – it might dry out the skin. Five to ten minutes is perfect.

Though still debating whether to include this on my day or night routine, I prefer the former, specifically before makeup application. It acts as a glow booster although a temporary one and thus, I see no need to pile on foundation or concealer to even out my skin tone.
It is advisable to use facial masks on a regular basis to see results… Good luck!
