Coastal Scents 88 Metal Mania Palette contains hmm… 88 vibrant colors (c’mon brain squeeze some extra creative juice). The very name suggests that we are talking about shimmer eye shadows with metallic finishes. It contains a lot of browns, a bunch of golds and purples, and some highlighters are also thrown in. None of the shades are matte; all have these sparks on them which are superbly pigmented!

As much fun as bright colors are, neutral colors are your staple and you will use them for plenty more than half the work you do. The moment you grab it with your hands or stare at it for a minute or two, you will instantly feel like an artist ready to let his imagination go wild - because it’s much of a challenge to be creative with this palette than the colorful one. Recommended to be used with a creamy base like NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils (review to follow) and you’re set to present yourself maturely.

So, if you like to wear a lot of neutrals or just a little intimidated with color, this palette is surely going to be your favorite one. These neutrals are definitely not the boring type.
