Haul: Saizen Beauty Finds
Japan’s own version of a dollar store, Saizen is one of my must-visit stores when I hit the mall. Originally named Daiso in Japan is a famous place for all things cute, practical or in short KAWAII. For your daily dose of home decors, lifestyle products, snacks, quirky stationary supplies and my favourite, beauty products, for sure, Saizen has something to offer. At 85 pesos ($1.75 - $2) for anything, it’s definitely a favourite-store-material.

Of course I got the most popular product, Charcoal Mask. I knew the entire how to’s and benefits of this black thing before I even stepped into the store. But do I have the worst timing ever or what? My last 4-5 visits in Saizen, this mask is either out of stock or the ones left looked like an old stuff with dust etc. Finally a week ago and a little hocus pocus… tadahh! Not really liking it on my first use. :/ C’mon! I waited for you that long. Will give you another chance and please give justice to all the raves.

Next is a pack of three Eyebrow Shavers. I find that the blades are shorter compared to the usual. Hence, extra control while shaving and you will avoid disasters by removing the hair in small areas. The covers are easy to remove and put back on and the length of the handles are just right.

Last but definitely the cutest, Face Washing Brush. It has bristles that massage your face like tiny fingers. It looks scary at first, but it’s very non-abrasive and hopefully isn’t too bad for the skin.

Oh Engrish! Gotta love the English translations on Japanese products sometimes.
PRICE: Everything at Php85
